Dear Sirs,
Recently the Foundation is working out the new model of artificial device – tactile substitution for human vision that should allow holding the full scientific test. We are deeply interested in having your opinion and recommendation concerning the aappearance of the device, priorities in using one, as well as to learn more about your own methods of informational perception and adaptation.
